FuturesBlog.com was created by Chuck Kowalski.

I created this futures trading blog to use as a personal trading journal for myself and to use as a teaching tool for other futures traders.  I primarily day trade the emini S&P futures contracts, but I also trade the emini Nasdaq and most commodity markets for longer-term trades.

I try to give a recap of every trading day on the trade setups that I look for every day on the emini.  I do not use overly complicated trading strategies and formulas in my trading.  Most of my trading is based on price action, which works across all markets and timeframes.  I also use support / resistance levels and I also monitor overbought and oversold levels to filter and sometimes initiate trades.

That is a brief summary of how I trade and I recommend that you start by reading My Trade Setups before you begin reading my daily trade postings.

I have been primarily trading the futures markets for more than 15 years.  I have also been writing futures market analysis and educational articles for the past 7 years.  I cover the commodities markets for About.com, where you can also find a great deal of information on trading and the commodity markets.
